Rouge is the Americas ROV Business Development Lead for Oceaneering International, Inc. He has been integral in developing Oceaneering integrated rig services, including the commercializing of remote piloting in the Gulf of Mexico. With a long career working in deepwater oil and gas, his expertise includes design engineering, installation engineering, systems engineering, project management, and customer service for multiple projects and customers in the Gulf of Mexico and in West Africa.
