This month's happy hour will feature a presentation by Martin Beaulieu, Founder of Quantum Brewing, alongside his new business partner, Stephanie Harrison, for a behind the scenes look at how applied chemistry and systems thinking can radically reduce waste and resource intensity in modern production.

Martin founded Quantum Brewing with a vision that went far beyond craft beer.
