With a proven track record of driving revenue growth, she leads strategic initiatives to expand market presence, forge high-impact partnerships, and advance business development efforts. A recognized industry leader, Ms. Merck has played a pivotal role in educating and advising the Department of Defense Corrosion Policy and Oversight Office, the tri-services, and the Department of Transportation on the critical importance of corrosion mitigation. She has successfully championed the adoption of certification programs for engineers, supervisors, and craft workers, ensuring long-term infrastructure resilience and operational readiness. Her leadership continues to help shape industry standards and drive innovation in corrosion prevention and materials protection. D. Terry Greenfield, Principal Consultant , CONSULEX D. Terry Greenfield is a distinguished leader in corrosion engineering and protective coatings with more than 46 years of industry experience. He served Board Chairman of AMPP (2021–2022). He currently serves as Principal Consultant for CONSULEX, providing expert services in program and project management, failure analysis, expert witness testimony, quality assurance, corrosion condition assessment, maintenance planning, specification development, and professional training.
