Implicit (unconscious) biases can affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner. On January 12, as part of MTS Women in Leadership series, panelists Grace Drake, PhD Candidate, Washington University in St. Louis; Jenny Saul, Professor, Waterloo Chair in Social and Political Philosophy of Language; and moderator Liesl Hotaling, MTS VP of Publications & Communications discussed how to challenge these biases so they don't inform decision making and actions.
