On April 13, MTS held a webinar in its Women Leadership Series. This webinar addressed Wage Gap issues in STEM fields. Dr. Jackie Bichsel, College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR); Dr. Andrea Liebl, University of South Dakota; Dr. Sarah Small, Rutgers University; and Dr. Zoe Spencer, Virginia State University discussed these issues with webinar guests and Liesl Hotaling, Vice President, Publications & Communications, Marine Technology Society, moderated the session.
